It seemed like you were expecting to be in the final two. Were you shocked by your elimination? 

Every Thursday is always shocking and emotional. But I did feel confident in my performances, and I was hoping to be part of the finale. I really wanted it, so of course it was shocking. But even though it’s the end of American Idol for me, it’s the start of my future, so it’s exciting at the same time


The hometown packages that aired really focused on the adversity Kree had to overcome. Do you think that played a role in how people voted? 

I don’t really know. I know that one week, people can be on top and the next they can be on the bottom. But I do know it did not disappoint me at all. I love both of those girls, and they both deserve to be there. I would never, ever be like, "Oh, that’s such a sob story." That’s her life, and she’s real. She’s one of the most genuine girls that I know. So, I didn’t even really think about that, honestly.

What makes Kree and Candice Glover so special to you? 

Me and Kree have been roommates since top 20, and we’re so close. She’s like a mom. I wake up in the morning and she’s like, "What do you want for breakfast?" She’s so nice and so selfless. And Candice is the funnest person to be around. I wish all of America could sit in a room with her for five minutes to see how hysterical she is.  They’re both so incredibly talented and deserve to be where they are. I love them.

Politics XXX

Salam.
Dear all my chagiya,

Lately, everywhere, every time, everyone is talking about the elections. Suddenly, everybody is an expert in politics. Weird.

Ada orang bercerita macam tahu segalanya. Kalau dari dia, semuanya fakta. Orang lain hanya lah buat propaganda, auta, macam2 lah. Ada yang paling teruk, dia sendiri tak registered pun untuk voting tapi bercakap mengalahkan orang yang berkempen. Ape daa.

Kenapa kite tak suka politik ?

1. Sikap  
# Lebih2 lagi time nak election ni, semua orang kononnya menbongkar kebenaran. Tapi elok ke bila buruk2 kan orang lain ? Lupa kah kamu, yang betul ini mengumpat, yang salah itu fitnah.

2. Keluarga
# Bila semua nak tunjuk hebat, ada keluarga yang berpecah belah sebab berbeza fahaman politik. Ada yang sampai bercerai-berai. Pelik nye ~

3. Parti atau Calon
# Fikir2 lah sendiri. Kalau ditanya pada kite, honestly bukan parti yang akan jadi pilihan untuk apa yang bakal kite pangkah. Calon itu sendiri. Kite tak mahu nanti sudahnya orang bertanya, "Oh pemimpin kamu tu yang dot dot dot ?"

4. Ekstremis
# Ada yang lantang berkata, "Tu lah kau tak tau, kau baca sebelah pihak je." Tapi, trust me. Orang yang selalu cakap macam tu, dia yang actually begitu. Walaupun go thru semua media, tapi kalau hati dan minda tertutup, sama je kan.

For me, pemimpin adalah ketua. Orang yang boleh menjadi Imam. Orang yang tidak diragui makmumnya. Orang yang mengutamakan kebaikan semua pihak. Bukan mereka yang yakin hanya mereka di pihak yang benar dan semua yang lain hanyalah dusta belaka. 

Kerana kita manusia, dan kita tak sempurna.

p.s : teringat cerita 'Nayak' lakonan Anil Kapoor yang mulanya hanya seorang wartawan yang dicabar untuk jadi Ketua Menteri selama sehari tapi akhirnya terlibat serius dalam politik. Di akhir cerita tu, ada satu dialog, "...finally they have turn me into a politician too...".

I always love this song...now, also love her voice, this music arrangements...

Tiba-tiba tukar topik,

Ideal type ? 

Dolu2, nak cari someone with deep eyes, deep voice and warm smile who can play music or at least sing simple song (bukan deaf tone), and someone who play sport (like a normal man, macam futsal ke)...

Too childish ?
Konon nya tak cari Mr Perfect, tapi that criteria do sounds a bit Mr Perfect kan ?

Actually,

Physical appearance not that important asalkan sedap mata kite memandang. Handsome nanti orang lain pun suka dia, kita juga yang sakit hati sudahnya. Nice sangat boleh buat mati jealous pula.

Character wise,

Selain yang cliche2 tu, (baik, berbudi bahasa, bijak, leader, blablabla...)

I'm looking for someone who can understand me sebab sometimes I can be very unpredictable. Sensitive terlebih, kuat menangis, selalu berangan, too complicated too understand. lol :p


I like somebody who is sweet and doesn't talk a lot. Someone who is a bad guy to every girl except me.

Kalau nak cerita, sampai esok tak sudah. huu ~
